Brian Diamond

CFO at The Dinex Group

Brian Diamond has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance department of various restaurant and hospitality groups. Brian started their career at Smith and Wollensky Restaurant Group, working their way up to become the Director of Financial Reporting. Brian then served as the CFO of TAO Group, overseeing the finance department for their restaurants and nightclubs in NYC and Las Vegas. After that, they worked as the CFO for the Dining Entertainment Group/DBA Brother Jimmy's, a BBQ/Bar restaurant chain. Following that, they became the Vice President of Finance for Culinary Concepts Hospitality Group, where they oversaw the finance and human resources departments. Currently, they serve as the CFO for The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud's restaurant group, managing the finance department and handling financial reports and negotiations. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, capital raising, and compliance.

Brian Diamond attended the University of Miami from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree with a focus in Accounting.
