Caitlin McKenna

Caitlin McKenna has worked in various roles throughout their career. Caitlin recently served as the Director of Recruiting and Training at The Dirty Buffalo, where they were responsible for managing the hiring process and training new employees. Prior to that, they worked as a Service Manager at the same company.

Caitlin also has experience as a Manager at Park Lane Tavern, where they implemented a comprehensive training program for over 60 employees and oversaw the opening of two new restaurant locations. Caitlin also implemented strict HR policies and procedures for all employees.

Before Park Lane Tavern, Caitlin worked as a Manager at Bonefish Grill for over 12 years. In this role, they managed daily operations, including guest service, problem resolution, and financial profitability. Caitlin also conducted financial analysis and developed business plans to increase sales and profit margin. Caitlin McKenna pursued their formal education in a diligent and consistent manner. Starting in 2006, they attended Christopher Newport University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management. After a successful completion of their undergraduate studies in 2011, Caitlin continued to enhance their educational qualifications by enrolling at Southern New Hampshire University.
