Stephen Buzza

Stephen Buzza has extensive work experience in the media and advertising industry. Stephen started their career at Insight Communications in 2001, where they served as the Manager of Marketing and Sales Development. Stephen was responsible for managing the marketing and sales development efforts, including branding, collateral materials, presentations, and staff development. From 2003 to 2004, Buzza worked as an Account Executive at Lamar Outdoor, where they maintained client accounts, generated new business, and increased advertising revenues. In 2004, they joined Time Warner Cable Media Sales as a Local Sales Manager, where they developed and maximized advertising sales through various platforms. Stephen managed a team of account executives and ensured the maintenance of advertising dollars. In 2011, Buzza joined Columbus Dispatch Shows Group, initially as a Sales Manager and later as the Director of Sponsorship Sales and the Director of Shows / Director of Sales. In these roles, they led all selling efforts, coordinated with affiliates, and developed sales collateral to promote the value proposition of the shows to clients and the company.

Stephen Buzza has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Marketing from Otterbein University, which they obtained between 1980 and 1984. Prior to that, they attended Avonworth High School from 1976 to 1980 for college preparatory studies. In terms of additional certifications, Stephen has a Certified Trainer certification from Achieve Global courses, specifically in Professional Selling Skills (PSS), Professional Sales Negotiations (PSN), and Professional Sales Coaching (PSN). Stephen obtained this certification in March 2000. Additionally, Stephen is a Certified Radio Marketing Consultant (CRMC), a certification they earned in April 1988.
