Emiel Donkers

Emiel Donkers currently serves as a Service Desk Coordinator at The DOC since September 2025. Prior to this role, Emiel held multiple positions at Hands on ICT from June 2022 to August 2025, including Coordinator Managed Services and Coordinator Support, contributing to the company’s recognition as a leading ICT business partner in the Netherlands. Emiel’s career began at KPN, where responsibilities included Incident Coordinator and Servicedesk Analyst from October 2007 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at PEAK-IT and ICS in ICT-servicedesk capacities. Emiel holds an MBO degree in ICT management from VISTA College, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
