Cynthia Herzegovitch has extensive experience in payroll management and benefits administration. Since February 2006, Cynthia has served as the Payroll Manager and 401(k) Administrator at The Doe Fund, Inc. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as the Payroll/Benefits Manager at the City Center of Music and Drama from April 1988 to December 2005. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the State University College at Buffalo (SUNY), earned between 1980 and 1984, as well as a New York State High School Regents Diploma from Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and The Performing Arts, obtained in 1980.

The Doe Fund's mission is to develop and implement cost-effective, holistic programs that meet the needs of a diverse population working to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and criminal recidivism. All of The Doe Fund's programs and innovative business ventures ultimately strive to help homeless and formerly incarcerated individuals achieve permanent self-sufficiency.
