Caitlin Daniel

Caitlin is the People & Culture Director supporting their corporate offices and properties. From recruitment to culture building, Caitlin helps shape their strategy by making sure its employee experience lives up to its core values. Caitlin is a partner and coach to her business leaders in the areas of talent strategy, leadership development, and employee relations. Prior to joining Domain, Caitlin worked at OxyChem as an HR Specialist. Caitlin supported her business partners in the areas of employee relations, employee events, training, and staffing. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the Loyola University of New Orleans.
