Bhalinder Pal Singh

Bhalinder Pal Singh is the current Manager of Administration at The Doon School. Prior to this, they worked as a tea planter for Mcleod Russel from April 2004 to December 2013. As a tea planter, they were responsible for different departments of operations, routine maintenance activities, and optimizing production. Bhalinder was also responsible for the security of the estate, which included supervision of AISF jawans and local guards. Additionally, they set up systems for maintenance and upkeep of the estate transport fleet and ensured cost-effective and efficient day-to-day operations. Bhalinder also constantly upgraded human skills for different target groups, such as junior executives, staff, sub-staff, and laborers.
