Jouni Ibrahim

Jouni Ibrahim is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Dorchester Collection since February 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure as Executive Sous Chef at Conrad Hotels & Resorts from October 2020 to February 2023, and as Executive Oriental Chef at Jumeirah Group, where Jouni also held the role of Chef de Cuisine during the pre-opening of Jumeirah at Etihad Towers. Jouni's significant contributions to Middle Eastern cuisine, combined with a European touch, led to receiving the Time Out Award for the Best Restaurant in the MENA region for two consecutive years. Jouni's career also includes key roles such as Head Chef at Galeries Lafayette Dubai and Sous Chef at Burj Al Arab. Jouni's culinary education was completed at Syria Tartous Culinary School and Tartous Hotels Management in 2004.
