Monica Gral

Monica Gral has a diverse work experience in the fields of operations management, project management, audiovisual production, and project coordination. Monica began their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Lavinia Interactiva, where they gained experience in digital and online communication content production. Monica then progressed to a role as an Assistant Project Manager at LaviniaNext, where they worked on communication projects for various clients. Monica also worked as a Project Manager Assistant at Actimundi - Creative Agency, where they supported the planning and execution of communication campaigns. Monica later joined Adrenaline Films as an Audiovisual and Creative Producer, where they were responsible for coordinating production processes and managing budgets. Monica's passion for virtual reality led their to co-found VRUSH STUDIO, where they served as a Co-Founder and VR Producer, overseeing media solutions for companies. Most recently, they joined DreamVR as an Operations Manager, demonstrating strong strategic thinking, organization, and initiative in ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Monica Gral holds a Master's degree in Audiovisual and Advertising Communication from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which they completed from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in Communication, from the same university between 2007 and 2012. In 2017 and 2018, they pursued Project Management at Master.D, although the specific field of study for this degree is not mentioned.
