Sean Sullivan

Sean Sullivan has a diverse work experience. From 2019 onwards, they have been working as the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Legal Officer at The Duckhorn Portfolio. In this role, they oversee various departments such as legal, M&A, human resources, diversity and inclusion, safety, risk management, and government and trade association relations. Sean also provides strategic counsel to the CEO and Board of Directors and handles the company's response to COVID-19.

Sean is also a Board Member at Dutch Bros Coffee starting from 2023 and a Trustee at Grace Cathedral since 2019.

Prior to their current roles, Sean was Of Counsel at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2012 to 2019 and an Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse from 2011 to 2012. Sean also worked as a Corporate Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2006 to 2011 and was a Summer Analyst at Bear Stearns in 2001.

Sean Sullivan attended Columbia Law School from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they studied at Saint Mary's College of California from 1999 to 2003.
