Frank Giuliano

Frank Giuliano is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at The Durst Organization, where he directs the eight member HR Department that oversees over 1,100 Durst Organization employees. He is responsible for developing and executing HR strategy, including leadership development, recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, HR information systems and talent management. Frank is a seasoned executive with almost thirty years of experience in the technology, financial services and construction industries.

Prior to joining The Durst Organization, Frank was a member of the executive team responsible for HR and Business Development at Judlau Contracting. He spent 15 years at American Express in various positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President and Privacy Officer for the Consumer and Small Business group and Vice President of Global Human Resources responsible for Service Integration and Communications. Frank began his career at IBM with their International Trade Group.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
