Rupert Hayward

Rupert Hayward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various industries. Currently, Rupert serves as the Founder and President of The Blue Action Lab, Director at Grand Bahama Shipyard Limited, Official Nominator for The Earthshot Prize, and Vice Chairman of the Bahamas Protected Areas Fund. Additionally, Rupert acts as an Advisor at both Tectonic Investors and Global Harvester Holdings, which focuses on financing the transition to a low carbon economy. Previously, Rupert held key positions at The Grand Bahama Port Authority, Hairprint, the Salamanca Group, and Ecocil Incorporacoes SA. Rupert holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Sustainability from Presidio Graduate School and a MA in Geography from The University of Edinburgh, alongside certifications in investment management and corporate finance.
