Corin Grady

Corin Grady is an experienced educator currently serving as a Middle School Science Teacher at The East Harlem School at Exodus House since September 2022. Previously, Corin worked as a Research Assistant in the Northrop Lab at Wesleyan University from August 2019 to May 2022, focusing on synthetic and computational research related to phenazines, and authored a senior thesis titled "It's Lit: Synthesis of Phenazine Tetraphenyl Ethylene." Corin also held roles as a Residential Advisor and Organic Chemistry Laboratory Teaching Assistant during the university tenure, where responsibilities included community building, ensuring safety, guiding students through experiments, and grading laboratory reports. Corin's earlier experience includes work as a Camp Counselor and Lifeguard at The Miquon School from June 2013 to August 2020, providing swim instruction and supervision. Corin holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Science in Society from Wesleyan University and a high school diploma from Germantown Friends School.
