Doug Settle

Doug Settle is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as the Culinary Manager at The Ecology Center in Orange County since March 2022. With a diverse experience in various culinary roles, Doug has held positions such as Chef at Enclave, Sous Chef at Puesto and Il Dandy, and Jr Sous Chef at Campfire, among others. Doug's expertise encompasses recipe and menu development, as well as menu costing. Doug's culinary education was completed at The Art Institute from 2016 to 2018.
