Barkha Ailavadi

Barkha Ailavadi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research management and project oversight. Currently serving as Manager of Primary Research at The Economist since August 2022, Barkha previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Gartner from May 2016 to September 2022, leading large-scale global quantitative research projects and managing all facets of project execution. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Researcher at Grail Research, where Barkha supported clients with business challenges through comprehensive research projects, and as an intern at IBM. Barkha holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Rayat and Bahra Institute of Engineering and Biotechnology.
