Natalia Kaila has a diverse work experience in event management and programming. Natalia currently holds the position of Head of Programming - MEA, Custom Events at The Economist since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Conference Producer at Dubai World Trade Centre from February 2019 to September 2021. Natalia also served as an Events Manager at CPI Financial FZ LLC from March 2016 to February 2019, where they were responsible for various aspects of event production, content, marketing, customer engagement, and logistics. Before that, they worked as a Project Leader at MEED from April 2015 to March 2016, and as a Conference Manager at IIR Middle East from April 2011 to April 2015. Natalia also gained experience in events, marketing, and PR as an Assistant at Ladybird Bar, London from August 2010 to December 2010. Natalia started their career as a Gallery Assistant at Proud Galleries, Camden from June 2010 to August 2010, where they assisted with exhibition preparations and customer service.

Natalia Kaila obtained a B.A Hons degree in Events Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels & GSCE's in various subjects including Business Studies, History, Music, Double Science, English Literature & Language, Math, French, and P.E at St. Christopher's School in Bahrain from 2006 to 2007.
