Funmi Yusuf

Funmi Yusuf has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Funmi started their career in 2005 as a Customer Relationship Management at Leadway Pensure PFA and then moved on to becoming a Client Service Manager at Kcare Health in 2009. In 2010, they became a Business Development Manager at Leadway Assurance Company Limited, where they were responsible for marketing and creating awareness on Annuities Nationwide. Funmi then joined Ministries of aides international Inc. (MAII) in 2015 as a Development Coordinator. Funmi later worked as a Sales Development at Unitrends in 2017 before transitioning to the role of a Residential Counselor at Justice Resource Institute in the same year. From 2019 to 2021, Funmi worked at Lowell Transitional Living Ctr as a Development Manager, where they planned and coordinated fundraising activities, built relationships with clients and donors, and handled donor recognition and appreciation. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Development & Communications at The Edinburg Center.

Funmi Yusuf pursued their education at various institutions. In 2008, they attended The University of Reading, where they completed an Msc in Communication for Innovation & Development. During their time there, they focused on Human Development and Family Studies, General. In 2011, they enrolled at Christelijke Hogeschool Windesheim and obtained a diploma in International Business Communication, specializing in Business/Corporate Communications.
