Satyam Sammi

Satyam Sammi has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Satyam is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Editorialist since April 2023. Prior to that, from December 2020 to January 2023, they worked as an SDE - II at Zomato.

Before Zomato, Satyam worked at Acko from June 2019 to December 2020. During their time at Acko, they held the role of SDE - II and was responsible for building a cloud-based micro-services platform for the internal claims tool. Satyam also played a key role in refining requirements, designing the architectural framework, and developing an internal state machine to control the claim cycle more effectively. Satyam took the initiative to improve the mobile claims workflow and resolved customer issues, resulting in better efficiency and reduction in TAT (turnaround time). Additionally, they developed a new model of settlement for mobile claims and integrated AI-based damage detection tools.

Prior to Acko, Satyam worked at Informatica from July 2017 to May 2019 as a Software Engineer. Here, they primarily focused on data security by working on the Dynamic Data Masking (DDM) product. Satyam also worked on implementing PAM support for Azure SQL database and Azure Data Warehouse, as well as enhancing the functionality of SQL parsers for databases like Teradata, SQL Server, Sybase, and Oracle.

Satyam's professional journey started with a web development internship at The Travel Log in 2016, where they gained experience in front-end and back-end development by creating a responsive website.

Overall, Satyam Sammi has demonstrated their expertise and skills in software engineering through their various roles and experiences in different companies.

Satyam Sammi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. Satyam pursued this degree from 2013 to 2017.
