Currently, Tony works as the Chief Talent Officer at The Encompass Group, while also serving as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University. With a background in global HR management and executive coaching, Tony has demonstrated expertise in creating award-winning cultures and providing strategic leadership to organizations. Additionally, Tony has a Doctor of Education in Organizational Intelligence-Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University and holds certificates in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
