Charles MacKenzie

Charles Mackenzie is a Research Professor at TFGH and The END Fund since June 2017, and a Professor at the Task Force for Global Health since January 2018, where responsibilities include establishing an onchocerciasis-support laboratory network in Africa and patient care support for lymphatic filariasis and onchocerciasis. Additionally, Charles serves as the current Chair of GAELF and holds the position of Senior Scientific Adviser at The END Fund since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Charles was a Professor and Chair of the Department of Pathology at Michigan State University from 1988 to 2018. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in Veterinary Science and Pathology from the University of Sydney, a Diploma in Higher Education from the University of London, and a Fellowship from the Royal College of Pathology.
