Ken van Someren

Ken chairs the Science & Ethics Advisory Group. A former international sprint kayaker, Ken has over 20 years’ experience as a practitioner, researcher and leader across higher education, high performance sport and industry.

Ken held senior positions with the EIS between 2005 and 2013 and has been a technical advisor to many public and private sector organisations. He is a Visiting Professor at two UK Universities and a Fellow of BASES.
