Jim Daughdrill

Jim Daughdrill has a strong background in admissions and business development. Jim is currently serving as the National Director of Membership & Business Development at the Enrollment Management Association. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Business Development at the same company.

Before joining the Enrollment Management Association, Jim worked at the McCallie School for several years. Jim served as the Dean of Admission from 2016 to 2021, and as the Director of Boarding Admission from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they held positions as a Major Gifts Officer and Director of Phonathons & College-Age Alumni during their time at McCallie School.

Jim also has experience in the finance industry, having worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James Financial, Inc. (Formerly Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc.) in 2010.

Jim Daughdrill began their education at McCallie School, where they completed their high school education from 2001 to 2005. Jim then attended The Wharton School from 2005 to 2009, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Operations & Information Management. In 2016, Jim pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained their Master of Science in Education Entrepreneurship in 2017.
