Callum Lafferty

Callum Lafferty is an experienced professional in people development and learning with a robust background in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Head of People Development at The Entertainer since October 2022, Callum previously held multiple senior positions at John Lewis Partnership from January 2015 to January 2022, including Democratic Vitality Consultant Lead and Senior Learning & Development Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Development Facilitator and Customer Service Training Coordinator at Waitrose, and a Guest Services Manager position at Bala Lake Hotel. Callum's career commenced at Waitrose, where various management roles were undertaken from October 1998 to May 2006.
