Kerstin Hills FCIPD has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Kerstin began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Robert Dyas in 1996. Kerstin then worked in various HR roles at B&Q, starting as a Store HR Advisor and later becoming a Recruitment Advisor, Reward & HR Policy Advisor, and Head of HR Shared Services. Kerstin also took on the role of HR Manager for the Commercial Function during a maternity cover. At B&Q Plc, they served as Head of HR, Store Support Office and Director of HR, Store Support Office, driving the performance of head office teams and working closely with Main Board Directors.

In 2016, they joined Screwfix as the Director of Retail HR, responsible for driving the performance of Trade Counters and Contact Centres while implementing the SAP HR system. Kerstin then joined Specsavers, starting as HR Director, Northern Europe, and later becoming HR Director, UK, ROI and Spain. In these roles, they were responsible for developing people agendas, leading teams, and driving business performance. Their most recent position is as Chief People Officer at The Entertainer, where they shape and develops a strategic HR agenda to support the company's growth plans.
