Kenneth Parris is an experienced leader and chaplain with a strong background in law enforcement and community service. Currently serving as Wing Chaplain for the California Wing Civil Air Patrol and as 4th Brigade Advisor and Command Chaplain for the California Cadet Corps, Kenneth also holds the title of Asafohene General in the Royal House of Sefwi Obeng-Mim, Ghana. With a longstanding commitment to chaplaincy, Kenneth provides support to multiple organizations including the California Highway Patrol, Alameda County Sheriff's Office, and Oakland Police Department, where extensive law enforcement service has included roles such as Police Chaplain and Lieutenant of Police. Kenneth's educational credentials include degrees in Political Science, Theological Studies, and various diplomas from reputable institutions, along with numerous professional development courses within the Civil Air Patrol.
