Amanda Hughart, MBA

Amanda Hughart, MBA, has a comprehensive background in marketing and brand management. Amanda currently holds the position of Marketing Director at The Essential Baking Company since February 2023. Previously, Amanda worked as a Senior Brand Manager at Dare Foods Limited from October 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Category Manager at Bob's Red Mill from September 2019 to October 2021. Amanda's earlier experience includes working as a Brand Manager at Reser's Fine Foods from January 2018 to September 2019, where they were responsible for developing brand plans and launching new products. Amanda also held the roles of International & New Product Development Marketing Manager at Gray & Company from January 2014 to February 2016, Outreach Project Manager at Western US Agricultural Trade Association from May 2011 to January 2014, and Sales and Marketing Specialist at Beavercreek Cooperative Telephone (BCT) from 2007 to 2011. Amanda began their career as a Marketing Intern at Coffee Bean International / Specialty Coffee by Farmer Brothers in 2006 and as an Assistant Manager/ Barista at Coffee Rush from 2003 to 2006.

Amanda Hughart, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing Strategy from the University of Portland Pamplin School of Business in 2017. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Portland State University in 2006.
