Robert Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Robert started their career as a Squadron HQ Administrative Technician in the United States Air Force, where they were responsible for various administrative functions. After serving in the Air Force for almost a decade, Robert joined Panther Industries as an Assistant Marketing Manager. Here, they were in charge of local sales and marketing, including website development and creating marketing materials. In 2001, they joined The Expo Group and held various roles, including Manager of the Customer Account Management Department. Currently, Robert holds the position of Director of Customer Service Management at The Expo Group.
Robert Richardson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1981 to 1985. Robert also received additional certifications in "How to Have Productive One-on-One Meetings" and "Managing Stress" from LinkedIn in 2024.
