You might be the Senior Paid Marketing Specialist we’re looking for! You will get to work with some of the largest B2B brands, helping them turn marketing into a revenue driver.
About this role 💛
Working with us, you will contribute to driving growth for our clients businesses with paid marketing. You’ll work with a dedicated team of experts – typically a Senior Marketer, Coordinator, Copywriter and Designer.
Your responsibilities include:
Planning and executing paid marketing campaigns for our B2B clients on LinkedIn ads, Meta ads, Google ads and other channels
Improving campaign performance in close collaboration with your team
Running systematic marketing experiments based on our own frameworks
Analyzing campaign data and optimizing conversion rates
Creating distribution strategies (paid, organic, email) and communicating them to the clients
Creating advanced dashboards and reports for clients

What we expect from you 🔥
3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (paid search, paid social, display)
Ability to create a distribution strategy based on a client's strategic marketing goals and KPIs
Understanding of performance marketing reporting needs for B2B companies
Hands-on understanding of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics
Excellent communication skills
Ability to explain complex paid marketing concepts and plans to clients
Excellent English is a must. Finnish skills are a plus
