Attila Somos

Attila Somos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product design and media. Attila currently works as a Product Designer at The Fabricant since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at inSided as a Product Designer from November 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the UX and UI of two development teams, following the Scrum method, and also contributed to shaping the product strategy.

From 2017 to 2020, Attila worked at UX studio as a Product Designer. Attila led or integrated into product teams in different industries, including healthcare, advertising, fintech, and consumer electronics. Attila'sresponsibilities included project planning, UX research, prototyping, visual design, and project management. Attila also contributed to internal tasks, such as writing blog posts and case studies, teaching product design courses, and giving talks.

Prior to UX studio, Attila worked at OTT-ONE Plc. as a UX Designer from August 2016 to December 2017. Attila worked on various client and internal projects, delivering prototypes and pixel-perfect UI for different platforms. Attila also acted as a digital experience consultant for a national telecommunication service provider.

Attila's earlier work experience includes roles as a UX/UI designer at Artklikk from July 2015 to August 2016 and as a media designer in a freelance capacity from September 2013 to August 2016. Attila started their career as a video editor at TV2 - TV2 Média Csoport Zrt. from January 2012 to February 2013, where they worked in the newsroom, ensuring reports were broadcast-ready and preparing short intros on tight deadlines.

Attila Somos started their education in 2008 at the International Business School, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2012. Following that, they attended the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Media Design. In addition to their degrees, Attila obtained certifications in Media Design and Business Studies from the respective institutions they attended.
