Reed Snyderman

Reed Snyderman currently serves as the Rocky Mountain Sales Lead at Faction Skis, a position held since August 2022, focusing on building strong brand loyalty. Prior experience includes roles as Market Manager at Ermi LLC. from July 2020 to August 2022, and Founder of Ascent Farms from July 2018 to July 2020. Reed also managed at Dosha Bars from October 2017 to May 2018 and interned at HigherMe in summer 2017. Additionally, Reed spent three years as the Head Freeski Coach at the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation, where responsibilities included coaching athletes aged 12-18 and creating training syllabi. Reed was an athlete on the Development Team for the United States Ski Team from March 2008 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Political Economy from Colorado College.
