Rory Billing

Rory Billing has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career as a Supplemental Instructor at Miami University, where they designed sessions to enhance students' understanding of class material. They also worked as an Undergraduate Summer Scholar, conducting research on baseball statistics.

Moving forward, Rory joined GMR Marketing as a Client Services Intern before transitioning to Octiv as a Sales Engineer. At Octiv, they demonstrated exceptional sales skills, achieving record-breaking sales and consistently hitting quarterly quotas. They also took on a technical role, designing solutions for strategic sales opportunities while still maintaining the highest individual sales quota.

Next, Rory worked at Tangoe as a Global Sales and Solutions Manager and later became a President at Telgen. They then joined 120Water as a Director of Product & Solutions, where they played a pivotal role in developing and implementing product strategies.

Continuing their career, Rory served as a Board Member at Music Career Map and currently works as a Sales Advisor at Rewire Fitness. Their most recent venture is as a Co-Founder and CEO of The Fan's Place, a company that rewards individuals for watching sports with friends. They were also accepted into the Techstars Sports powered by Indy 2022 cohort.

Throughout their career, Rory has demonstrated a strong aptitude for sales, leadership, and innovative problem-solving, making them a valuable asset in various roles within the industry.

Rory Billing completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Math/Stats and Quantitative Economics from Miami University in 2012, graduating with Cum Laude honors. Additionally, Rory has studied Economics at The University of Edinburgh.
