Zubair Mohammed

Zubair Mohammed is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at Farmers Trading Company Ltd since July 2022. Previously, Zubair held the position of Recruitment Lead at City Rail Link Ltd from October 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included developing quarterly recruitment plans with Line Managers. Prior to that, Zubair worked at Bunnings from September 2015 to October 2021 as a Regional Learning & Development Advisor, focusing on the delivery of learning initiatives across multiple sites. Zubair also served as an HR Advisor within the same company, providing end-to-end recruitment support. Earlier career experience includes the role of HR & Training Assistant at Jacks of Fiji from January 2010 to April 2015, where Zubair assisted various departments in implementing policies and procedures. Zubair is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at the Australian Institute of Business, building on a foundational education that includes an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and a Diploma in Business Administration from Fiji National University.
