Erin Lewis

Erin Lewis is currently the Vice President of Operations and Program Management at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. With a background in human resources, Erin has held various roles within the bank, including Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Manager of HR Business Partnerships. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank, Erin worked at FirstMerit Bank as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Organizational Communication from The University of Akron and a Master of Science in Organization & Management from Capella University. Additionally, Erin has completed certifications in HR, diversity recruiting, and advanced HR executive programs.
