Maxine Rose-Dyer

Maxine Rose-Dyer, CRCM, serves as the Consumer Compliance Program Director at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, a position held since August 2017, with previous roles including Consumer Compliance Manager and Consumer Compliance Senior Examiner. Prior to this, Maxine was the Vice President and Consumer Compliance Team Lead for the Private Bank at Morgan Stanley from January 2016 to August 2017. Maxine's earlier experience includes nearly seven years as a Financial Institution Examiner focusing on Consumer Compliance at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and involvement in Mortgage Banking Operations from 2002 to 2008. Maxine holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Stony Brook University Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Old Westbury, with additional education from ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and The Wharton School.
