Natalia E.

Natalia E. is a seasoned research economist currently employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since July 2022. Previously, Natalia served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Princeton University and engaged in research at Harvard University from 2015 to 2021, focusing on initiatives with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, and conducting randomized controlled trials. Experience includes a role as a Research Fellow at The Behavioural Insights Team, where Natalia designed government initiatives for youth wellbeing, and as a Research Assistant at the National Bureau of Economic Research, exploring the gender pay gap. Additional experience includes developing social impact bonds with the Government Performance Lab. Natalia holds a PhD in Economics from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Evidence-Based Social Policy from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
