Ning Luo

Ning Luo is a highly experienced financial professional with a focus on risk management and regulatory initiatives in the banking sector. Since June 2005, Ning has served as a Supervising Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, leading policy development and implementation supervision of OTC derivatives market reforms, while also conducting stress testing in counterparty risk management. Prior to this role, Ning held positions as a Senior Bank Examiner, Associate (Secondee) at the UK Financial Services Authority, VP at Citigroup, Research Faculty at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and Research Scientist at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
