John Daniel Davidson

John Daniel Davidson is an accomplished political editor and senior correspondent at The Federalist since March 2016, with a diverse writing portfolio that includes contributions to notable publications such as the Wall Street Journal and National Review. Prior to this role, Davidson served as the Director and Senior Policy Analyst at the Texas Public Policy Foundation from October 2012 to March 2016. Davidson's previous experience includes executive editorial leadership at Issue Media Group, where oversight was provided for a large editorial staff and multiple publications, as well as several reporting positions across various organizations including the University of Pennsylvania and NBC Universal. Davidson holds a BA in History, Classics, and Journalism from Hillsdale College.
