Emily Goodyear

Emily Goodyear (MCIPD) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in early careers and employee experience, currently serving as Head of Early Careers at the Financial Conduct Authority since April 2023. Previously, Emily held various leadership roles at the UK Ministry of Defence, including Deputy Head of Professional Capability and HR Policy Lead on Covid-19.
