Phil Morgan

Phil Morgan has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as the Head of Change Directorate Support Office at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since May 2010. Phil has held various senior roles within the FCA, including Portfolio Manager and Programme Manager, leading teams in high-profile regulatory and operational change projects. Notable contributions include the reshaping of the Ringfencing execution phase and successful delivery of key HR transition initiatives. Prior to the FCA, Phil worked at SOCA and the Identity and Passport Service, focusing on stakeholder engagement and project delivery, and began a career in project management at MFI Furniture Centres PLC. Phil's expertise encompasses regulatory compliance, business transformation, and team leadership across multiple sectors.
