Susan Donnelly

Susan Donnelly has a diverse work history in business change and transformation roles. Susan has held positions at various organizations such as the Financial Conduct Authority, Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, Think Sapphire Consultancy, BAE Systems, Working Links, Scottish Government, Sky, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, and East Lothian Council. Susan has experience as a Business Change Lead, Business Change Manager, Project Management Specialist, Capability Development Manager, Recruitment Assessor, Business Change Strategy Project Officer, and Workforce Planning Consultant. Their expertise lies in delivering assessment centres, conducting role-plays, group exercises, interviews, and utilizing behavioural and competency-based assessment tools.
