Kaouthar TAZANI has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over 12 years. Kaouthar is currently working as a Client Services Account Manager at The First Group since August 2021. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Sales Manager at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels from January 2016 to June 2018. Kaouthar also held the role of Sales Marketing Coordinator at Sofitel Marrakech from January 2014 to March 2015. Additionally, they have experience as a Front Office Management Trainee at L'Ermitage Beverly Hills from September 2012 to December 2013, and as a Spa Receptionist at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from April 2011 to January 2012. Before that, they worked as a Front Office Receptionist at Best Western Le Montfleuri from April 2010 to September 2010 and at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris from April 2009 to August 2009.

Kaouthar TAZANI began their education in 2007 at UPVD Alumni where they pursued a Master's degree in Law, Economics, and Management. Kaouthar completed their Bachelor's degree in International Hotel Management at Vatel France from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they earned a Master's degree in International Hotel Management from Vatel France in 2012. Kaouthar later pursued an MBA in Hospitality Management at Vatel USA from 2012 to 2013.
