Rabia Melhem

Rabia Melhem has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and management. Starting in 2006, Rabia served as a Soldier in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces until 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they worked their way up to the position of Team Leader in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces, leading a team of 16 research officers and collaborating with foreign militaries. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2018, Rabia served as the Senior Team Leader in the IDF - Military Intelligence, where they led a team and created application data analysis models for operational requirements.

After transitioning to the civilian sector, Rabia worked at the Israel Ministry of Defense as a Senior Product Manager from 2018 to 2019. Rabia then joined VATBox (Blue dot) as a Data Product Analyst from 2019 to 2020, followed by a role as the Director of BI & Product Analytics at Blue dot from 2020 to 2022. During this time, they led a team and created analysis, dashboards, and data visualizations to support data-driven business decisions in the organization.

Currently, Rabia is the Head of Data at entrio since November 2022. In this role, they oversee and manages the data team, including data engineering, data science, data analytics, and business analysts. Rabia collaborates with senior leadership to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics and data to drive measurable business value and accelerate growth.

Rabia Melhem has a diverse education history. In 2016, they attended the I.D.F Intelligence Forces and studied Sigent and Big Data Intel. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Bar-Ilan University from 2011 to 2014, although the field of study is unspecified. In 2005, Rabia received a Diploma in Engineering/Industrial Management from Kzine Yam - Military Navy School. They also obtained a BSc Eng in Industrial Management and Information Systems from The Open University of Israel. In terms of certifications, Rabia completed a course on A/B Testing at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2021, and in 2019, they completed Tableau 10 Advanced Training: Master Tableau in Data Science at Udemy.
