Laura Broadhead

Laura Broadhead has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Laura currently works as a Project Manager at The Floow, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Project Delivery Manager at Orderly from October 2020 to August 2022.

Laura also held the position of Project Management Coordinator at BYG Systems Limited from October 2018 to September 2020, where they managed multiple complex projects and ensured the successful delivery of project outputs within agreed constraints. Laura built rapport and liaised with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Before that, Laura worked as a Project Support Officer at Aggregate Industries UK. From March 2017 to October 2018, they provided project governance for local and offshore project teams as part of a company-wide transformation program. Additionally, they served as a Project Coordinator for the Internal Engagement Project from February 2016 to February 2017, where they coordinated and assisted team leaders in delivering key information to their teams.

Laura's earlier experience includes a role as an Administrator and Office Manager for the Sheffield PFI project from March 2014 to February 2016, as well as an Operations Administrator at Hays - Aggregate Industries in February 2014.

Laura started their career as an Office Assistant at 3SharpLtd from September 2013 to January 2014. In this role, they provided customer service, managed orders and invoices, conducted SEO work, and performed general administration tasks.

Laura Broadhead obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Hull from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their National Diploma in Sport at Norton College from 2008 to 2010. Their secondary education was at Birley Community College from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained their GCSEs. Additionally, Laura has obtained several certifications including the APM Project Management Qualification from the Association for Project Management in August 2019, the Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management from the Chartered Management Institute in March 2018, and the AgilePM® PRACTITIONER certification from APMG International in February 2022.
