John S. Lee is a seasoned fractional executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a fractional executive at JSLEMENT and a mentor at Built Oregon, John S. Lee also holds advisory roles with The Food Institute, focusing on management consulting and investment strategy. As co-founder of Corebio Ltd. - I'm Alive Kombucha, John S. Lee established the first commercial kombucha brewery in South Korea and has been instrumental in offering high-quality fermented beverages. Additional co-founding roles include involvement with FedUp Foods and Lightswitch Food Inc., alongside a previous directorial position at Apothékary.
