Magdalena Rutkowska

Magdalena Rutkowska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Mentor at The Forem and Head of Engineering at Zero Emissions World, Magdalena has held significant roles such as Senior Director of Engineering at Talkdesk and Director of Software Quality Assurance at Revinate. Noteworthy contributions include the introduction of a Quality Evangelist role to enhance the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) at Revinate, as well as establishing a comprehensive QA strategy at Talkdesk. Prior experience includes founding BRUJA AVERIA Ltd. to provide consultative quality assurance services, and roles at various companies where Magdalena focused on automation and enhancing testing methodologies.
