Emily Stram has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they held the role of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at FORM. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Production Coordinator at Downie Photography, where they maintained a clear and reasonable vision of next steps and the big picture during project meetings and whenever project parameters changed, developed, implemented, and documented procedures, and maintained and improved a streamlined workflow of studios project-related processes to ensure time and resourcing efficiency. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Assignment Manager and Associate Assignment Manager at George Street Photo & Video, where they lead a team of wedding photographers and videographers in shooting over 1,500 to date from time of booking to image and/or footage delivery, reconciled client wishes and talent resources by coordinating minute event logistics, and resolved day-of emergency situations, co-managed talent members and facilitated weddings in multiple markets throughout the Midwest, targeted potential logistical issues to devise the best contingency plans for day-of emergencies, and executed plans as needed, and refined communication from the Studio to maintain consistent goals and voice.
Emily Stram attended Kent State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art Education with a major in Art Education and minors in Fine Art and Education. Emily then attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, Emily attended North Royalton High School.
