Sarah Hirshorn

Sarah Hirshorn is a dedicated policy associate at The Fortune Society since November 2025. Previously, Sarah served as a senior communications manager at The Petey Greene Program from January 2023 to August 2025, and held roles in communications at The Fortune Society from May 2021 to January 2023. With experience as a video visiting assistant at The Osborne Association and as a freelance consultant, Sarah has contributed to various organizations including JEVS Human Services, the National Juvenile Defender Center, and Repair the World, focusing on social justice and criminal justice reform. A Georgetown University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Justice and Peace Studies, Sarah has also engaged in impactful research and advocacy through internships in policy-oriented settings, including the U.S. House of Representatives.
