Tara Mullaney has over 25 years of work experience, with a majority of their career focused on human resources and administration. Tara also has experience in program coordination and analysis from their time at Doctors of the World USA as an Administrative Assistant and Program Associate, and as a Policy Analyst at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association. Tara started their career as a Representative at the US-Indochina Reconciliation Project from October 1995 to November 1997.
Tara Mullaney obtained their Bachelor's degree in History from Cornell University, attending from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Columbia | SIPA, studying from 2000 to 2002.
