Mandy Brookins

Mandy is joining The Forum in the role of Director of Programs and Training. Mandy has led the education abroad office at DePauw University, where she has worked for the past 15 years, most recently as the Associate Dean of Experiential Learning & Director of Off-Campus Programs. Mandy became a Forum Certified Professional in 2017 and has led numerous Forum workshops over the years, including the recent Health & Safety workshop targeted to colleagues in Australia. In addition to deep experience in study abroad, Mandy also has responsibility for degree-seeking international students at DePauw, so she also brings understanding of how those two functions can work collaboratively on campus. She has leveraged relationships with the development office in order to make new endowed and annual giving scholarships specific to education abroad available to students and she works with various ed abroad organizations to offer Winter and May-term programs, faculty-led extended studies, semester long programs, and service programs.
