Debbie Fullerton

Debbie Fullerton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Debbie began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Herald Newspaper in 1986 and later worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Fullerton Consulting from 1995 to 2012. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an Office Manager/Assistant Property Manager at AGS Realty, Inc.

In 2012, Debbie took on the role of Director of Human Resources at The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, where they established HR processes and managed all HR functions for the organization.

In 2014, they transitioned to a Consultant & Owner position at Organized Solutions until 2018.

From 2016 to 2020, Debbie worked at Bloomingdale's as a Human Resources Professional, where they focused on process improvement and provided guidance on employment, staffing, training/development, and employee relations.

Most recently, Debbie joined The Foursquare Church in 2020 as the Director of Human Resources.

Debbie Fullerton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University.
